As you all probably know, we're home from St. Cloud, we got to come home Friday afternoon, a day earlier than we had expected. It felt so good to sleep in, even though I still didn't sleep past 8:45 or so. We spent the evening talking and telling stories from the chiropractor with the family, and everyone looked through the booklet of x-rays and photos of exercises and other information Dr. Woggon puts together for his patients, as well as watched the dvd on what my treatment was like. It was kinda freaky watching him adjust me and all, it's way worse watching than experiencing it! lol
My results were good. My curves went down a total of 50 degrees, the top one in my neck went down 30 degrees and the middle and bottom one went down 10 each. I'm not completely straight yet, but I'm getting there. My FHP (forward head posture) is also improved and the curve in my neck that I had lost is almost back to what it should be, also mom was impressed by this, my breathing capacity went from 2200 cc to 2500 cc so it's improved about 15%, which as Dr. Su says 'is not too shabby'. :)
I've got exercises to do twice a day as well as the neck traction thing in the picture and the SLA, which takes up a bit of time, but I'm just excited about my results this far, and Dr. Woggon said that if I keep up the exercises that in 4 weeks he's pretty sure I can go down another 10 degrees.
I already miss everyone at CLEAR and the other people that I met while there, and can't wait to see them all again, only next time I go, Stephanie won't be there, since she's moving in November, :-/ but they're a pretty awesome bunch of people! :-)
I'm so thankful to God, 'cause as Dr. Woggon said, healing is a miracle and only God works miracles, also Dr. Woggon, Dr. Su, Therese, Amanda, Stephanie and Marg for the part they did, and to dad and mom for taking time and money to bring me in and to Rachael who listened, packed lunches, held my stuff, and kept me company as well as getting up every morning early even if she didn't feel that good to bring me in to my appointments, and everything else she did for me during those two weeks, and also for all the prayers!! I feel so blessed to have such wonderful friends and family!
[He will] bestow on [those who mourn] a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor. - Isaiah 61:3 NIV (paraphrased)

one more pic
Well, I'm done Saturday morning! I'm excited to go home! Tomorrow I get another massage, and also I think Rachael and I are going to do a photo shoot in town, the part near the CLEAR clinic is pretty cool and there's a railroad tracks right there so we've been planning to do this during break, for a few days, should be fun.
Here's one more picture of me and Dr. Su Chong.
If any pics turn out tomorrow I'll maybe post some of those.

Hanging out with Shiphrah
Shiphrah and Rachael and I hung out the other night and curled our hair, it's been so fun to hang out with Shiphrah, she's pretty mature for a 12 year old! =)
More Pictures
Well anyone getting sick of pictures yet? =P
It's kinda funny, I keep thinking back to having just got there and how everything was new and viewing it through those eyes again, cuz everything feels so much like home now, like I know everyone and the building pretty well. I've really enjoyed my time here! =)
| Left to Right: Emily and Melissa (her mom), and 'Kayla and Valerie (her mom) oh and me and Rachael (my sister) =P |

Pictures
So here's the pics I said I'd post, there will be a few more tomorrow most likely. These are mostly in chronological order, up until after Dr. Woggon adjusts me everything's upstairs then the others are downstairs.

| The wobble chair. And I wasn't waving... it's one of the exercises. =) |
![]() |
| I don't know what this one's called but they were switching it around 'cause it wasn't set up right. |
![]() |
| Stephanie (in black) and Therese (in red), they have this massager thing that they use before strapping you on here. The bottom half goes up and down. |

| And here's a clearer picture of it all set up. |

| Neck traction exercise, you start standing straight and kinda bend your knees. |
![]() |
| The 'drop', the 'halter' thing has a five pound weight on it and the 'drop' vibrates, this is 5 minutes long. |
![]() |
| Here's the head weight. |
![]() |
| Therese, and Stephanie and me, not the greatest pic of me, but we just took one. =) |

| Waiting for Dr. Woggon in room 1.... sometimes it takes him a while. This is in the morning. |

| Talking to Dr. Woggon, I look like a kid. lol And the reason I'm hugging myself is because it has to do with the adjustment. lol |
![]() |
| A new exercise for my TMJ (lock jaw), he had Rachael take a picture of it. =P |
![]() |
| SST? (Standing Spinal Twist I'm pretty sure) I'm standing on a vibrating platform. This is 5 minutes. |
![]() |
| Rachael says I look like Snoopy. |
![]() |
| Not sure what this is called, but it's 5 minutes again, and again it vibrates. Vibration is supposed to make your bones grow or something like that I think? |
![]() |
| Therese strapping me into the traction chair, this is one of the things I'll be bringing home. I sit here for 30 minutes. |
![]() |
| Not the most attractive pic of me! lol |
![]() |
| SLA (forgot what it stands for) 20 minutes on here, it vibrates, and I'll also be taking this home, (the blue disc and the stuff I'm wearing) |
![]() |
| 4 pound head weight, 7 pounds on the SLA and 16 pound hip weight. The head weight used to give me a headache but I'm mostly used to it. |
![]() |
| The lounge, for Lizzy =) |
![]() |
| Kinda the same thing again. |

| Across from the couch is a tv and a little further than me is a bathroom and the door out. |
